What We Do
Azalea Advisors is a buy-side advisory firm working with private equity firms, family offices, independent sponsors and strategic buyers to originate minority investments and buyouts in the technology, media and telecom, consumer and retail, industrial and business services sectors.
Our process is designed to optimize the deal lifecycle by streamlining the sourcing process for buy-side investors. Azalea's tenured relationships and unique sourcing process enable investment teams to focus on deal evaluation and execution instead of nebulous sourcing activities.
Alex Marty
Founder & Managing Director
Alex founded Azalea Advisors in 2024. Prior to starting Azalea Advisors, Alex was a Vice President at VRA Partners, advising middle-market businesses on sell-side M&A engagements. Prior to VRA, Alex was a member of the investment team at S3 Ventures, a Texas-based venture capital firm that invests in B2B software and consumer digital businesses. Alex began his career in the investment banking group at Raymond James, where he focused on advising businesses on technology, business services and consumer M&A transactions. Alex graduated from the University of Florida in 2015 with a B.S. in Finance.
